Sharing a portfolio

Any Orca portfolio can be given a public, read-only link. It is a way to show a result without handing over an account.

What a viewer sees#

  • The equity curve and the headline performance figures.
  • Which traders the portfolio copies, and how each has contributed.
  • Positions and their results.

They cannot trade, change settings, see your connected accounts, or reach the rest of your account. The page is read-only in every sense.

Note

For a live portfolio, a share link publishes real position sizes. If that is more than you want to show, share a paper portfolio running the same traders instead.

Revoking#

Turning sharing off invalidates the link immediately. Anyone holding it gets nothing, and turning it back on issues a new one rather than reviving the old.

Shared portfolios are public pages, so treat a link as published the moment you send it. See the Orca overview for how portfolios are set up in the first place.
