Is there a free plan?
Yes. The live whale feed, market sentiment, time filters and the daily whale digest are free, with no card required. Upgrade only when you want the deeper analysis.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings whenever you like. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Can I pay with crypto?
Yes. Every paid plan can be paid in USDC on Polygon, at the same price as card.
What is the difference between Pro and Quant?
Pro is for traders using the app: whale profiles with win rates and ROI, smart-money leaderboards, real-time alerts, The Prophet and copy trading through Orca. Quant is everything in Pro plus programmatic access: a REST API with 10,000 requests a day, real-time outbound webhooks, full historical whale-trade data and bulk exports.
How much do I save on annual billing?
Pro is 45% cheaper billed yearly and Quant is 50% cheaper billed yearly, compared with paying monthly.
Do you accept promo codes?
Yes. Enter it on the card checkout screen and the discount is applied before you pay.
I subscribed on iPhone. Do I have Pro on the web?
Yes. A subscription bought in the iOS app unlocks Pro on polywhaler.com with the same account. Quant, which is built around the API, is available on the web only.
